As a first time seller, it was very important to have someone who was very patient and understanding to my needs and Max went above and beyond in that aspect. Max was always a phone call away if I ever needed anything, even if it took me days to get back to him. The entire process was extremely smooth and efficient and I have Max to thank for that. If I ever need to sell another house or buy a new one, I know Max will be the person I call.
