An exceptional lot happened to come on the market that day and Max sent it to us late that evening. He responded immediately to our request to see the lot and met us at 8:00 am the next day. He expertly negotiated our offers against another prospective buyer resulting in us securing the lot. Max's exceptional negotiation skills, responsiveness, outgoing personality, and positive relationship with the selling realtor were all critical. Max also is engaging, an excellent communicator, and a true professional is all respects.
