Seller reviewEven though we were pressed for time to sell our condo, it was very critical to find someone we could trust, and knew the market as well as their previous record. After our first meeting with Megan Dohman, we were impressed and satisfied to hire her for the sale. Her dedication to the upgrading of the condo and the ability to close in a short time was not only important but very critical to us financially.. The entire process of first meeting to closing was less than a month. When one considers the fact that the condo was repainted, new carpet laid, and professionally cleaned, I thought it was an expedient process completed, and thoroughly inspected by our realtor, Megan. After just one weekend of showing the condo, we have more bids than I could have imagined.
