Seller reviewMegan and her team were everything we could have asked for in a realtor, professional, knowledgable on the local market and the selling process, connected and strong communicators. Megan supported us every step of the process from preparing our house to put on the market to the closing. Megan and her team were always available to give input, but never overbearing. The team was always at least one step ahead the whole process, which made the process go as smooth and stress free as possible. Buyer reviewI independently researched *every* realtor in the Des Moines Metro. In the end, I chose Megan because she was highly familiar with the area and in the price point I was looking, and had an impressive track record of sales, reviews, and glowing testimonials. The process seemed second nature to her, so that allowed us to spend our time honing in on what I was specifically looking for and the financial aspects. I had a high degree of trust in her feel for the different properties we looked at and evaluation relative to the asking price. I also appreciated that she was not overly eager to 'push a sale' if it was not the right fit. She was quick to jump on any asks I had and communication was straightforward, prompt, and clear. These aspects cannot be overstated because they are paramount when a property becomes available and a day could make or break an offer, and when costs are high for any miscommunications. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends or family.
