Megan is a native of Harper County. She grew up in Attica spending summers helping her parents, Gary & Rogena Grigsby, owners of CENTURY 21 Grigsby Realty. After graduating high school, Megan earned a bachelors in Natural Science Education from NWOSU and then a Master in Teaching from Friends University. She has been a teacher and coach for the past 19 years. Megan and her husband Josh have two children, Mavrik & Maryn. Her love for the Harper and Barber County communities and surrounding areas drives her enthusiasm and dedication in serving clients on the hunt for their new home or selling a property. Seller reviewMegan hit the ground running with a wonderful open house within the first month. She was always quick to respond to phone calls and texts with concise answers from the initial realtor contract to the final closing. We feel that the video Megan made of the grand old house was the tipping point to the sale. The buyer was able to view the video and docusign the contract while the buyer was in England! Megan didn't miss any of the details in the video by articulating all of the unique features of the 100 year old house. We have already recommended Megan to friends in our county. We will forever be thankful for a everything that Megan did to sell our house!
