Buyer reviewMegan Shultz was amazing with our first time home buying process. Especially in the market we had to look in, and only had a short time to find a home. With homes being sold 12 hours after being put on the market, she was always ready to show us a house the day it went on sale, and if she couldn't, she had someone who could. She was always ready to answer any questions we had at any time, even if she had already answered them earlier and I couldn't remember the answer. She went above and beyond, figuring out answers to questions we had that weren't even in her job description, like financing and inspection. I can't say enough good things about Megan Shultz. She was a wonderful realtor to work with and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.

Buyer reviewMegan Shultz was great at coming up with a plan to show us houses. She was very good about having information on the houses available and sending us links for houses that fit our criteria and budget. Once we had decided on a house, Megan was always available to help us through our difficult purchase. Megan did a good job explaining everything and going over the next steps so that we knew what we were looking at and what we needed to do on our end. Megan made it her mission to get information in a timely manner and was very determined in getting the right house for us. She showed a lot of patience during the purchasing process when we were having difficulty getting the seller to make needed repairs in a timely manner. Megan always put our interests first and did a lot of follow up to make sure we would close on the house and move in when we needed to.
