I love staying active and hosting as well as attending work out classes, finding adventures around Michigan and spending as much time as I can with my family. Real Estate is my passion. I have loved growing and learning to help others. I am strongly interested in people, and how to make dreams reality. I believe in listening and being creative to work together. I truly love old homes. I appreciate the charm of an old 100(+) year old home, and also have grown to love the new concepts in new builds. I would say my favorite types of homes are either Old Farmhouses with quirky layouts or Mid-Century Modern homes.

I'm a licensed Realtor with a passion for relationships! I have loved building a business learning about the wants and needs of my clients, and making the process enjoyable and as stress free as possible! I'm licensed in the state of Michigan and have vast knowledge of anywhere within an hour radius of Grand Rapids. I also have enjoyed teaching and mentoring our next set of agents here at Century 21 Affiliated. When I am not serving my clients, I'm spending time with my husband, 2 young girls and our old man of a yellow lab. I was born and raised in Grand Rapids, and have loved living here, Rockford and Cedar Springs! I have been involved in the Young Professional Network through my board for 2 years, accepted into my board's Leadership Academy and have a passion for helping other throughout the greater Grand Rapids area! Buyer reviewMegan did a great job speaking up for us and making sure our needs were communicated to the developer and was extremely diligent in following up to drive progress. Also she was prompt in setting up walkthroughs to not miss any opportunities. Lastly she was very patient and understanding, giving us time to find the right solution for us and offering helpful suggestions along the way. The only thing that would have made this experience better is if Megan were to have somehow prevented the pandemic which have lead to delays and material shortages during our build.

She volunteered to monitor properties that fit my needs and sent me options for 5 months until the right one came along.
