Megan dispelled all of our concerns and got us landed in the perfect home in no time flat. She went out of her way to assist with our experience, including working through some issues with the lender on our behalf, and truly made everything happen as easily as possible. We will be recommending Megan to our family and friends, and we are confident she'll be able to assist other people in finding their dream home.

Originally we looked at a few properties, but we were doing this long-distance and didn't feel we could find what we were looking for in our limited time in the area. We determined for our situation it would be best to do new construction. Megan was always available to answer questions during the process. She was a valuable resource for us since we weren't familiar with the area. If you are looking for a real estate broker, I would recommend Megan!

The home building process was much more in depth than we realized and she was there to walk us through every step of the way and to help us make decisions we felt happy with during those critical moments where we felt overwhelmed. When we experienced an unexpected problem during our build, Megan went above and beyond to make sure it was resolved and she wasn't shy about speaking up and making sure our concerns were heard and addressed. She was timely with communications and always punctual. Megan made sure we were taken care of even when she was unable to be with us due to a family emergency. She reached out to us and made sure our questions were answered in advance, walked us through what to expect and even made sure a colleague was able to be with us in her absence. We are so grateful we had her in our corner during this process. Overall, we would absolutely recommend Megan Wachowski to anyone in need of a realtor!
