Working with them (I spoke with Meghan primarily) is so easy- they are flexible, easy to reach, quick to respond to questions and so knowledgeable. Meghan even gave me MANY helpful recommendations during the home buying process (i.e.- a lender, inspector and attorney), which made my decisions much less stressful. Seller reviewI interviewed three realtors. All were knowledgeable and successful in my neighborhood. Meghan O'Brien's presentation, expertise and honesty were superior to the other two realtors. I would definitely recommend her no matter which broker she represented. Meghan promptly answered all of my questions and concerns. She was available at all times of the day including the weekend. She had good relationships with the other realtors, inspectors and the village. She handled everything in a very professional manner. The other two realtors that I initially interviewed had suggested that I increase my listing price. Even my neighbors said that the price was too low. I think Meghan's determination of the listing price was based on the neighborhood that she knew well and the reality of the housing market. The house sold in two weeks after approximately 20 showings. I was very pleased with the outcome.
