Seller reviewIt was a blessing to have Mrs Melanie Bradberry as our realtor. She not only provided guidance on pricing, showings, and other items one would typically expect from a realtor, she also was extremely helpful in checking on the house to ensure it was secure after potential buyers left. She also helped us a lot with maintaining the house when things needed to be done, such as quarterly termite treatments, etc. This was a BIG help because the house was vacant and all owners lived out of town. She worked well with all 6 owners, communicating progress and any issues we needed to be aware of regarding the house and potential buyers concerns. I recommend her to other home owners who are considering selling their homes. I think you'll find her easy to work with, professional, personable, and knowledgeable about the Lake Charles housing market and technology to help with the selling process.
