We decided recently to move back to Fresno after moving to MO to be with family. It was a no brainer to get her to help us find a house to buy with her knowledge and experience along with her understanding of our needs in a home. We had to buy this home online as we lived in MO and Melanie was very good with willingness and patience in dealing with us for months. We greatly appreciated the knowledge she was able to provide about the neighborhoods and homes. Additionally, she was able to converse about potential issues with homes we would need to consider. Finally, she was incredibly patient with us as we had to sell a home in Ramona, which fell out of escrow; however, Melanie was able to convince the seller and selling agent to give us additional time to get our home back in escrow.
