When things weren't going our way with the mortgage company and it was looking like we wouldn't be able to close when we were hoping to, she took the initiative to help us find other options regarding mortgage companies. She also facilitated communication between us and the mortgage company. Also, she helped with advising us on what homes were going to be good for us and even made sure we were getting the proper home owner's association fees at closing. We would recommend Melanie to others with our highest recommendation. Melanie was everything that we could hope for in a Realtor. She was easily reachable, assertive, kind, and had a clear passion for finding the right homes for her clients. I can't recommend Melanie any higher. She was excellent and we plan to use her in the future.
