She was very professional and thorough in her search based on my criteria. She did very detailed video walk throughs of properties since I could not be there in person which gave me tremendous peace of mind. I felt very comfortable with Melanie and most importantly trusted her judgement. Even after closing, she continued to reach out and helped me with some additional projects I needed to complete before moving in. I have purchased several homes in the past and with out question Melanie is the best agent I have worked with. I could not recommend her more highly.

Melanie was always available and/or able to set time to see properties or to just have a phone conversation. Melanie's knowledge of the different areas we searched for homes and the knowledge to negotiate with the seller's agent was critical and very important to me as we finally received what we needed. I can't put into words how satisfied me and my wife are with Melanie's help, but I can tell that she would be on the top for recommending her for friends or family members looking for purchasing a house.
