We are very happy with Melanie, Century 31 Elite, and our purchase. Melanie is simply amazing! We are so happy to have her help us with our real estate needs. We had worked with Melanie earlier in 2022 and were very pleased with the whole experience. Melanie is very easy to work with and she is always happy to answer any questions we may have. She seems to know what we are looking for in the housing market and she always delivers! As long as we are all here in this area, Melanie will always be our "Go To" with real estate.

The first time I bought a home in Shreveport/Bossier City area I searched high and low for someone who could understand me as a human being. I'm a non-binary, alternative, queer individual and I wanted someone who could reflect some, if not all, of those qualities. I was new to the area, I had never lived in the South and I was looking to find someone I could trust and could understand me at my core. Not only did I find that in Melanie, I realized she is an amazing human being, not to mention a killer realtor. So, when I sold my house and was looking to by another one, I immediately turned to Melanie and asked if she would be my realtor for the second time! Now I can confidently say I have the best realtor in town, as well as an amazing friend. She was prompt, always available (like does this woman ever sleep?!?), wicked organized and always very professional. She went above and beyond what I ever expected out of a realtor, not once, but twice, showing her intense dedication and consistency. 10/10 would recommend!

Melanie took the time to meet us and show us the house we were interested in when the listing agent showed little interest in meeting us. Also, she made a great video showing the property on Youtube. Melanie made herself available even at strange hours to suit our schedule. Melanie kept us on schedule in the buying process and quickly processed our offers and counter offers. she helpped us understand the market for the property and the area. She helpped us get our inspections done quickly and at good prices. She worked with her team to make sure the requested repairs were done quickly and correctly.

Melanie made my move from the west coast to LA an amazing transition! She went above and beyond at every level!

Melanie was amazing throughout the entire process. She was able to answer any questions I had or gave me a specific person that could help me (financing specific questions). Did not try and push the budget that I gave her and only showed me homes that I would be able to comfortably afford. Was constantly researching comparable homes to make sure offers were fair for both parties. She's the perfect balance of friendly, professional and treats you like family. Will definitely be referring her to friends and using her again in the future.
