She was very knowledgeable of the market and knowledgeable and experienced in real estate and professional. She was very accommodating and patient. She answered any questions that I had and made sure that everything was handled as quickly as possible. Melanie did everything in her power to make my offer stand out and be appealing to the seller ! During the process she even did sweet things like treat my family to ice cream and she even entertained my children so that me and my wife could look at properties with no distractions ! And her kind gestures even continued after closing and during the move in process . She had dinner delivered to our new home so that we didn't have to worry about having to cook and unpack !
