There is so much I want to say. First she was always available. She listened to my needs and addressed all my concerns. She was quick with follow up and patient with me. She held my hand through this entire process. She had my best interest in every decision made. I valued her every opinion . she was trust worthy and always did what she said she. She kept her promises and set proper expectations.

I wanted to work with someone I knew within my friendship circle. Someone I knew I could trust and depend on to know me and my needs and to help make this dream come true. Melanie was a friend of a friend and a mom in my circle of people I respect and appreciate. When I was simply mentioning that I was about to start the looking process she extended her congrats and willingness to answer any questions I might have had. At that moment I knew she was the one. I had forgotten she was in the industry so when I asked her if she thought she could handle me.....she giggled, told me I was adorable and agreed to suffer the highs, lows, and rewards with me. She did exactly that and I am so proud of her and grateful for her. This was my first home and the most overwhelming experience Ive ever known so I needed Melanie to stay strong while I was not. I needed her to be smart when I was not. I needed her to have every answer whether she knew it or not LOL She could not have been any more amazing but most of all she was incredibly patient during my worst days of discouragement, anger, self doubt, self pity, fear, anxiety and frustration. I am so thankful for her and her commitment to her job. I am not a patient person and yet somehow these women always had the answers for me in a timely manner. The selling agent deserves a big thanks too for keeping me well informed. What a nightmare to ask me to stay calm and be patient....have you never met me LOL I do not play the waiting game well at all. The overall sales experience I know was delayed by means beyond our own control but Melanie always knew what to say without saying it. Thats what I needed in a broker, someone who knew my crazy and spoke it too :P I would recommend Melanie/Century 21 to anyone and glad to say I am a homeowner because of them!!!! Thank you Mel <3

Melanie is a very good realtor, she went beyond the call helping me. I was out of town through most of the sale so she handled several projects for me from picking out carpet to finding a handyman.
