Our house was only on the market for about 3 weeks when we got the offer that ultimately closed in a sale! She did an excellent job timing the listing, marketing the property, and negotiating with the buyers. We were in a rush to sell, but thanks to her advice and negotiating skills we walked away with far more proceeds from the sale of our house than we expected to, and in a shorter amount of time. I would highly recommend Melissa--she knows the Frederick market and understands today's home buyers very well.
