Seller reviewMelissa was upfront and honest with feedback, was extremely knowledgeable (and if she didn't know something she had endless resources to find out an accurate answer), and she set realistic expectations. She gave her professional opinion when appropriate, but also allowed room for personal judgment and choices along the way. When things didn't go as planned, she made sure to make things right and advocated for us (sellers) behind the scenes.

If we could give her a rating higher than excellent, we would in a heartbeat. We were impressed with how hard she worked, the level of communication, her knowledge and how personable she was. If you need a realator who gives 100%, and actually cares about her clients, it would be Melissa Murphy. She goes over and beyond to satisfy you and prospective buyers.
