It was all wonderful! As a first time home buyer, Melissa made sure I was comfortable, understood everything that occurred, made sure my needs were met, I was happy, and never made me feel otherwise. She did everything she could to make sure I got everything out of this that I wanted, stood up for me, and protected me while doing so.
