Personal Profile
Family, horses and real estate pretty much describe me!! I reside on a small acreage outside of Trenton with my husband Don and daughter Haley. Being a native of Trenton, I can honestly say it is a great community to live, work and raise your family. I began my real estate career in 2006 and joined the Century 21 team the beginning of 2014. I feel very fortunate to work with such a top notch C21 team and be able to provide valuable resources to my buyers and sellers to make a more positive experience for them. If I'm not housing, I'm horsing with my daughter and my dad, traveling all over the Midwest showing Pony Of The Americas and Quarter Horses. Seller reviewWhen we moved to town, Melissa was amazing! She showed us around, helped us make connections we needed. She understood the house we were looking for, and helped us to have realistic expectations. We found a house at a great price thanks to her knowledge. She stayed in contact with us long after we moved in, and offered advice if we ever had questions about the community. When we knew we were moving, she was our first contact. We went over the price, she again helped us to set realistic expectations and went to work for us. Even in a flooded market, she kept finding ways to market our house. It sold in a reasonable amount of time, and we were able to get a price in the range we had hoped for. She's one of the hardest working realtors in North Central Missouri.

We had several set backs during the process and if it were not for Melissa we would have moved to a different realty and lending agency. Melissa was excellent and if we decide to buy another home we will certainly go through the process with her. Highly recommend!!
