Buyer reviewWe met Melissa when we were moving to NC and were in need of a temporary rental property almost immediately. We were lucky enough to have Melissa assist us with that need. From the start, she was aware of what we needed at that time and was extremely helpful. We then were in search of our "forever" home and Meilissa was our go to! She listened to our ever-changing needs and was always ready to pivot when necessary. Her knowledge of the areas and her "eagle-eye" when touring homes was extremely helpful. She thought of things/situations we would've not thought of and we and it was certainly appreciated as we were in uncharted waters moving from PA to NC. We appreciated her professionalism as well as her "personal" touch. She was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had at the time. Melissa was easy to work with and we felt very comfortable with her. She is a "Top-Notch" agent and would highly recommend her to family and friends! Thank you Melissa!

Buyer reviewThere were so many important factors when it came to finding a new place for my family and I'm so glad we were able to trust Melissa with this process. We're not first time buyers so we had an idea of how things will go, but our lives took many turns and Melissa stood with us and guided us throughout each turn. She was very knowledgeable about the local area, home details that aided in our search, research so that we have all we need to be aware of and prepared for the next step, and more importantly to us; her patience is unmatched. We could tell she was great at her job but we felt like we mattered to her as clients! With life changes during this process Melissa was able to quickly pivot and help us. If we purchase 100 more homes she would be our only pick. We're grateful we met and had success in our home purchase by working with her.
