Buyer reviewMelissa was excellent in helping my husband and I purchase our first home. We were completely new to the process, but Melissa made us feel so at ease. She was very responsive and available quickly to show us houses as soon as they were on the market. Even with the difficult housing market we were able to secure a winning bid quickly on a house we love. When we met with the previous owners of our new house to pick up the keys they told us that they picked our offer out of many others because of our "rockstar realtor!" The sellers told us they knew Melissa would make the process easy for everyone because of how knowledgeable and responsive she was during the bidding process. Ultimately Melissa's hard work is the reason we were able to purchase our dream home. Thank you Melissa!

Seller reviewMelissa was fabulous with her knowledge when we first meet. She came prepared and shot us straight right from the get go. My Wife and I had an idea of what we would like to get for the property but Melissa brought us back down to reality on our price, As she had what other houses in the area were going for. She is very pleasant to be around and very helpful in every aspect of our sale. She also helped us fine a rental property which was also very helpful while we were trying to sell and pack at the same time.

Melissa did everything ethically possible to make it work but the seller wouldn't budge. So off to look at more houses... We made another offer on a different home and Melissa made it flawless.
