Buyer reviewThere are realtors and then there is Melissa Ann Sanches. A realtor can help you find a house to buy. She will help you find The Home for your family; while treating you like family. If you just want a house Google "realtor in DFW". If you need the best home for your family, an expert in real estate in your corner, a reduced stress process and some one that wants the best for you then stop at century 21 and talk to Melissa. Thank you for all your help!!! We love our home!!!

Buyer reviewA year ago, our family decided to relocate within the DFW area. We had little knowledge about the Denton area but Melissa Sanches had helped us find a good rental house. I made a promise to her that I will contact her again once we decide to find or build a house here in Denton. Melissa explained all closing information to us better than our Mortgage Loan Agent. We had several questions/clarifications prior to our closing date. She was gracious enough to spare us her time when we asked to meet with her to discuss closing terms and details. Melissa goes above and beyond her duties. She helped us iron out some key issues with the builder company and continues to provide us valuable help and information. The folder/organizer she gave us was an unexpected gift but has already proven to be a big organizing help. I have been recommending Melissa and will continue to recommend her to my friends and family.
