Ms. Hill is living in an assisted living in Missouri, so we had to handle everything long distance! She handled everything from helping to get the house on the market to helping us find a local roofer. She helped find someone to get her vehicle towed and ultimately sold. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great agent to get the job done!. We were looking for a broker that could provide exposure in an area greater than Tulia and had 3 companies in mind. CENTURY 21 Boston & Company, Melody specifically, responded first and frankly were the only company that responded to our inquiry at all. That told us they wanted our business. You could not have a more hardworking, helpful, and honest agent working on your behalf in the sales process.

Seller reviewMelody was responsive and took the right action after allowing some time to pass that clearly indicated that the house was overpriced for the market. Not easy to deal with sellers in that situation. House sold at next-selected price. Marketing was clearly a deal maker in that a different Broker actually brought the eventual buyer to the house. Well done.
