Seller reviewMelonie Aldred is amazing. We bought this house with Melonie 2.5 years ago. Then, she was thorough, knowledgeable about the area, and super easy to work with. All of which were critical because we bought with her sight unseen - as we were stationed in Hawaii at the time. She did a video tour and made sure we got a glimpse of the feel of the neighborhood. We came to the home and it was just as we had imagined it. Fast forward to selling the home. She held our hand and walked us through exactly what we needed to do to sell the home for top dollar and as fast as possible. Due to buying a home in another city- Melonie had to get our house on the market and sold within 5 days. And she did it. And made it seem like it was a piece of cake. She constantly was there to calm any nerves and answer EVERY question I had. 10/10 recommend her.
