Meredith Kennedy is a native of Kernersville, North Carolina, and earned a Bachelor's degree from Appalachian State University as well as a Master's degree from the University of Phoenix. Meredith spent 17 years in the for-profit higher education industry leading and managing students, administrators, and faculty to academic success and career fulfillment.
Embarking on a career in real estate, Meredith transferred her leadership skills to represent buyers and sellers with the same care and professionalism. Living in the Grand Strand for the past 10 years with her husband J.B. and son Gabe, Meredith also uses her marketing skills to list and sell properties appropriately for the area.

She went over and above when there were issues (not with her agency) and got everything resolved. Meredith worked closely with the seller's agent to make sure all involved were happy. There were some problems due to bank mergers, hurricanes, insurance miscommunications, and other people not doing their jobs (at the banks), but Meredith was a ROCKSTAR navigating through the obstacles and now I am about to be enjoying the rest of my life looking at the ocean in my dream home thanks to her! Meredith Kennedy is a wonderful asset to the real estate industry in NMB! Love that she has been a local for awhile so really knows a lot about the area and has good suggestions.
