Seller reviewMervyn is the nicest person in the world to work with, he's always professional and provided excellent customer service. He's a hands on realtor willing to help out whenever he can, there were times I couldn't get to my property to meet a contractor or BGE for service and Mervyn was there to meet them for me or open the door until I got there. He's a joy to work with, this is my second home he sold for me and we both learned a lot. I have one more property to sell and I plan to have Mervyn as my realtor.

Seller reviewI want to say it was indeed a unexpected pleasure to work with Mr Warner. I had problems selling my property a couple years ago so I decided to rent my property out, in the hopes the housing market would be more favorable. The number I was initially thinking to sell for, was immediately challenged and he said let me "do some homework " and I'll get back to you. I thank God, b/c I was "way under" and when I did put the property on the market "at value " I was under contract within a week. Even through the up and downs with negotiating with buyer's agent, he was ALWAYS professional, confident, and knowledgeable. I was at ease through the whole process and his feedback was critical when making any key decision. He is a winner and great professional to work with and my first call for any future investments.
