Well, Mia made herself completely available to us and was available at a moment's notice - whether it be in-person, thru email, phone, or text. But it's not just about availability - it's equally important to be relatable and understanding. When selling our home, we had many questions for Mia and she was always able to give us an answer in an "easy to understand way," which was a big help for my wife and I. Given that we were in our home for many years, there were naturally many priceless memories and moments that took place there.
