Buyer reviewMicah was extremely patient. We were to close 2 days after Ian hit! Needless to say that didn't happen! It took about 2 1/2 months after the storm before we closed and Micah listened to all of our concerns and did her best to keep us calm LOL!

Seller reviewWe had to sell my moms house quick because she was placed in a assisted living facility. My wife and I were paying for my moms assisted living until her house was sold. Micah knew this and knew we needed to sell the house as soon as we could. She worked hard at getting the house info out there and it was less that 10 days (maybe sooner) before we had a buyer. I have nothing but good things to say about Micah and would use her again. I highly recommend her.
