My husband and I initially chose Century 21 because they were the listing agent and local to the neighborhood, however, when my husband and I met Michael Giangiordano when he showed us the property we were extremely impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. He seemed to be genuinely interested in our needs and interest in the property. Nothing ever seemed like it was too much for Michael and he always went above and beyond to answer all of our questions. He brought new meaning to attention to detail in every aspect from the purchase to the closing. He also went a step above and set up appointments for people to come out and give estimates for electrical and roofing work. Michael's professionalism and timely communications far exceeded any other agent that we have dealt with in the past and we would absolutely use him for any future real estate transactions, as well as recommend him to friends and family. We cant say enough wonderful things about Michael!
