Seller reviewDuring the pre-listing period, I was impressed with Michael's knowledge of home construction and home features. His initial inspection of our property was very thorough. Thus, he knew which features to emphasize to prospective buyers. The unique situation surrounding our sale did not permit him to show our house to anyone, so I never was able to see his salesmanship in action. I felt he was working in my interests at all times, and he was accessible whenever I needed him.
