After 22 years working as a CNC Machinist/Foreman, Mike Findle retired from the manufacturing industry to pursue his dream of becoming a Realtor. In his first year, 2019, he was awarded "Rookie of the Year". In 2020 he achieved the Silver Award for sales production. In 2021, he achieved the Gold Award for sales production in addition to the Quality Service Award. And in 2022 he achieved the Platinum Award and the Quality Service Pinnacle Award for outstanding customer service for two consecutive years. In 2023, Mike achieved the Masters Ruby and Quality Service Pinnacle Awards and was named a PA Top 20 Producer. He accomplished all of this in 2023 while also acquiring his Associate Broker License to continue educating himself on the Real Estate industry and invest in his knowledge to better service his clients. Mike's passion and dedication to his clients are evident in all of the 80+ client testimonials. He has been a member of CENTURY 21 Frontier Realty's Relocation Team for the past 2 years and is very experienced working with out of state clients looking for their new homes or investment properties. Buyer reviewMichael was exceptional when it came to helping us find the house we bought, he was diligent with the listings, and excellent with communicating with all parties including myself, the seller and the loan officer. Michael is exceptionally professional and approachable. As someone with no knowledge of realty, he helped my fiancé and I with everything we needed. As well as walked us through all the paper work throughout this process. I would recommend Michael for a number of reasons. He is approachable, which made him easier to talk to, and ask questions. He is knowledgeable, any question I or my Fiancé had, were answered honestly and competently. Communication is key for him, whenever I needed to he was reachable, plus he kept all parties in communication in order to complete this deal. In conclusion, Michael is a valuable asset for anyone looking to purchase property. He conducts himself in a very professional manor, and has vast knowledge of his craft. I would, and have recommended him highly to anyone looking for a new home.

Buyer reviewI looked at a property he had listed on Realtor.com, and even though it wasn't the home for me I continued to work with Mike to find my home. My property needs were a challenge, and the market was not cooperating. Mike did a good job with the option we had to work with, it just took a while to find the right one. Mike had to patience to show me several houses over a majority of a year, until I found the one I wanted.

He was attentive, professional, reliable and communicative, among many other qualities. He was responsive to all of my requests to make changes or update information, whether it was the online pictures, realignment of the "For Sale" signs leading to the property, social media postings, print advertising, just to name a few, He provided the expertise that was needed to move the sale forward and always took into consideration my requests and needs and always followed through in a timely manner. His communicative skills and timely responses were paramount during the sales process, which were critically important to me and will be to anyone that works with him. I was made aware every step of the way as to what was happening, and he went above and beyond in ensuring this sales process was a success, regardless of any obstacle or issues that arose.
