After 22 years working as a CNC Machinist/Foreman, Mike Findle retired from the manufacturing industry to pursue his dream of becoming a Realtor. In his first year, 2019, he was awarded "Rookie of the Year". In 2020 he achieved the Silver Award for sales production. In 2021, he achieved the Gold Award for sales production in addition to the Quality Service Award. And in 2022 he achieved the Platinum Award and the Quality Service Pinnacle Award for outstanding customer service for two consecutive years. In 2023, Mike achieved the Masters Ruby and Quality Service Pinnacle Awards and was named a PA Top 20 Producer. He accomplished all of this in 2023 while also acquiring his Associate Broker License to continue educating himself on the Real Estate industry and invest in his knowledge to better service his clients. Mike's passion and dedication to his clients are evident in all of the 80+ client testimonials. He has been a member of CENTURY 21 Frontier Realty's Relocation Team for the past 2 years and is very experienced working with out of state clients looking for their new homes or investment properties. Buyer reviewMike was the absolute best part of my search for a house. My search didn't start with Mike, but it certainly ended with him. As a first time home buyer, I never felt that Mike was taking advantage of me or pushing me into anything. Instead, what I received in turn was nothing but absolute patience and professionalism, he never gave up on me and was always encouraging. Mr. Findle was a guiding stone, with his wisdom and knowledge, my dog and I wouldn't be in this house right now if it wasn't for him. Mike knows what he is talking about and he knows how to read a room, he truly is deserving of his current accolades and more. I trusted Mike and he was more than accommodating and accessible, he worked around my hectic split-shift work schedule and made things work. Seller reviewMike was very interested in my property when I had it for sell by owner. He was even willing to show one of his clients my home when it was at this status. When I was unable to generate enough showings on my own I considered Mike as my agent along with another agent . Mike won my business by being very responsive, being very upfront with where the asking price should be and setting expectations. Everything went just as he predicted. He made the sell of my house seamless. From helping me review offers , being there for inspections, and guiding me through closing, it could not have gone any better. Mike was always proactive in alleviating any problems. He was extremely trustworthy. I value all the information and recommendations he provided at every turn. He's extremely knowledgeable and is willing to explain everything. Mike responds immediately to everything and really stays on top of everything. He's extremely patient and never makes you feel pushed. He really feels like a friend. I will miss working with him but we're extremely happy with our new home.
