Seller reviewMichael Gailliot is very knowledgeable of the area our house was located. This was equally important for us when choosing a realtor. This is also helpful when answering the many questions that new sellers face. He is excellent with communication and responds quickly. I have no problem recommending him to friends and family.

Seller reviewWe cannot say enough wonderful things about Michael. He was extremely open to our needs, flexible, very willing to help in any way and wonderful at communicating every need or concern (and we had many!!) (He was even known to be up late at night, sending us emails so that we could respond when we woke up! VERY dedicated!) We asked him to take on a property that was quite a challenge and he did it with all smiles! He was on top of every task immediately. The house went on the market, it had a contract in four days and the ENTIRE process was complete in less than a month. I credit all of this to Michael Gailliott. I would highly recommend him to all our friends and family. Totally enjoyed working with him. He is a definite asset to Century 21 New Millennium.

He made it clear that it was important to him that I was happy and satisfied with any decisions. It was challenging for him, but he gave every effort to see me smile.... House after house, seller after seller; going back and forth on sales prices; one document after another.... He was patient and supportive, and very understanding. Mike did not appear as an Agent but a concern individual, and personal caring guy. I would highly recommend him to others. In the end, he did accomplish his goal .... I did smile Michael :-). He is a very personal guy with a great sense of humor. He was very patient and sensitive with my concerns. Unlike other realtors I encountered, he was not pushy, did not over sale himself or make promises. His approach was listening and not full of what he can do for me in 30 days.
