It was a no brainer for me to re engage Michael when the time came to sell my home - I also asked him to help me find and buy a home in a very competitive market in Plano, TX. Michael went far above and beyond during both sales cycles. He helped me coordinate the repair work in order to get my home listed and sold over asking price. He also helped me find and get the house I wanted in Plano. He spearheaded the process, helped strategize with the offer, and made sure nothing fell thru the cracks. I am grateful for the hard work!! Michael & the Century 21 team made the closing and buying process super easy for me - I sold my home and bought my new home in back to back transactions that took less than an hour! Iris was awesome handling the paperwork! The entire process has totally exceeded expectations - fantastic ! I Highly recommend this group of professionals!!!

Seller reviewMichael was Top Notch! He had an offer the first day it was on the market and let me tell you this house was a tough sell. He did not rush me to pick this offer but to wait a few days and see what else was offered so I would have the best option. Michael called some of his contacts and found potential buyers to come and view the house. It was handled quickly, professionally and with very little interaction needed from me. He kept me in the loop but did not drive me nuts. He had the knowledge to help me deal with the county and city requirements to get everything taken care of as we had to probate a will and this was all outside of my skill set and available time. He literally handled everything. He made all of the arrangements with the title company for me. He was out of town at closing and we had some closing delays that he took care of from out of town. He had the title company come to my store to do a remote closing as I didn't have the time to go to Dallas to meet with them. He made it very low stress. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to sell a house!
