Seller reviewMike was extremely professional and responsive. As power of attorney for my parents, there were more complexities than normal as I was in charge of selling their home. Also - due to the fact that I live out of state, it was important that Mike was super attentive to detail on the ground and help me arrange the various services we needed to properly list the home. (I.e: c deep cleaning, power washing, etc...) Overall, it was a great experience with Mike.

Mike's communication through out the process was tremendous, it got hectic with bids and such, he kept me updated and laid out the options to each offer. Seller reviewThis is the second sale Michael Giunta has handled for me. He stayed on top of things for me and kept me advised throughout the sale process. He also handled both Closings for me and I didn't have to attend. If I need to buy or sell a home in the future, I would definitely do it with Mike again.
