I was selling the house from out of state. He took care of all required paperwork, negotiations. I greatly appreciated his "can make it Happen" attitude. He is always very polite and respectful and goes that extra mile to help with whatever it may be.

Mike is simply phenomenal. He's extremely friendly and truly cares about all the little things. I have 12 month old twin daughters, and he was so observant and caring that he learned the difference between their cries when we were on the phone! Talk about impressive! I will always use Mike for all our relestate needs, and recommend his services to everyone I know! Selling a house is so stressful, but he took care of everything so I didn't need to worry. If ever I had a question or concern he took care of it right away. But, honestly, I had very few because he was so on top of the whole process. He loves what he does, it's obvious by the outstanding service he provides. I can't think of enough adjectives to describe how great he is: tremendous, remarkable, astounding, fabulous, fantastic, incredible, marvelous, stupendous, unbelievable, wonderful. Thank you Mike for helping us into the next chapter in our lives. You are THE BEST!!

Mr. Gobber did an exceptional job from start to finish. He had some great ideas for preparing my place for sale. He was very responsive to any inquiries that I had and I had the utmost confidence in Michael taking care of all the details. He definitely had my best interests throughout the entire process. He is the absolute professional and was a pleasure to work with. Michael knows how to get things done. On one occasion I dealt with Debbie Toscano. She was very professional, helpful and very responsive. She is very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with.
