This was the closing from hell. Mike dealt with more problems than I you can imagine to include the sellers realtors who were terrible!! Mike went far above standards to get this closed. He was excellent. No other words can describe it. Mike is a credit to century 21!!!!!

We inherited property in Florida. We lived in Ky and unable to travel. We received a card in mail from Michael J Hines. The property was not yet in our names. We called him. He knew the location well. He listened to our circumstances. He was very knowledgeable and helpful about what we should do. We told him what we wanted. When the property went into our name, we contacted him again. He had a buyer within in two weeks and we closed within a month. He was very professional. Paperwork went well.
