While dealing with a bank owned property was difficult and frustrating, I was confident that Michael knew how to get the job done. He consistently followed up on anything I was unsure of and never hesitated to give me every detail that I could ever ask for. He was someone I could trust and was prepared for all of the bumps in the road. What I enjoyed most about Michael's performance was that he was honest and his availability was very flexible. He explained every negative and positive of a situation and solutions to any problems with the home that I could have. As of a few weeks ago, I have closed on my first home and could not be happier. Michael has continued to check in and ask about the renovations to the home, and how I am settling in. I cannot thank him enough for his patience, his encouragement, his time, and hard work in helping me get this home. He has helped me in starting this new chapter of my life!
