Michael is one of the kindest people we have ever had the pleasure of working with! He was our guy on the ground here in SC since we were still living in Washington and handled every detail that we couldn't from so far away. So grateful my college roommate recommended him to us!

Michael was assigned to me through the Cartus Relocation program. He was perfect!! Anything and everything my wife and I could think of and didn't even know to think of, Michael handled without a question. He was on top of dates, requirements, appointments, emails from day 1 and we couldn't be more pleased about everything he did for us! From day 1, Michael had everything under control and eased our minds of the entire process as first time homebuyers. He never assumed we already knew something, because we most likely didn't! He explained anything and everything one, two, sometimes three times and never made us feel like we were dumb or ignorant when new information popped up that we were unaware of. Michael Jenkins is friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and always willing to answer a question. Day or night, weekday or weekend, Michael was there with a phone call or email to share his home buying wisdom (even once while he was on vacation, sorry Michael :O ) There are people that are good at their job, then there are people like Michael who have truly worked to become the best they can be at their job, and it shows through everything he does. There were many appointments where we had to bring our child, and Michael sat and played with him if we had paperwork. Little things like that make you really appreciate someone, and we couldn't have asked for a better fit for us, and we'll forever remember Michael as being the person who accompanied us in our first home-buying experience.
