I was moving to Japan and wanted to sell my home. I met with Michael Jenkins after receiving a recommendation from a reliable relative in the real estate/broker industry. Michael and I met on several occasions and did as much planning as we could to get the house ready for market. He carefully walked me through the process and I carefully explained my expectations.
