EXCEEDS ANY EXPECTATIONS! Michael previously worked with us in selling our home in Freehold Township in 2017. At that time, his knoweldge of Freehold, his knowledge of the buy and sell cycle, and his willingness to stay with us from beginning to end like a family member won us over. He has in fact, remained a good friend of ours and is likely to assist our son and daughter in law thru purchasing thier first home. But we really can't safe enough good things about Michael as a person and a realtor. And he of course has this keen interest in looking at homes and imagining what could be from a "renovate" and decorate perspective. We took a year to find the perfect Old Victorian home in Freehold Borough. We looked at a lot of homes and had great fun doing this with Michael. It was ultimatley all that looking that got us to where we are. And finally, he was instrumental in selling our home at 4Seasons at Monmouth Woods. In our opinion he may be the greatest realtor in Monmouth County, and he should be a "keeper" for century 21.

Michael Kalagassy is what professionalism stands for. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient. Also there to answer my questions/concerns and never let me feel as if I was a bother. I had been dealing with another broker prior to Michael and wasn't satisfied with how he was handling things. I met with Michael and he took charge, did his homework, knew the area & comps & I was immediately impressed! He did not let me down through the entire process. Michael Kalagassy is the best realtor out there in our opinion. We HIGHLY recommend Michael is you are selling, buying or both. We used Michael for our first purchase and used him again for our recent sale and purchase. Michael has a great team behind him from his office to the photographer, various inspectors you'll need and attorneys. He also has a background as contractor which comes in really handy when you're walking through a house for possible issues, fixes, etc.. He is also really knowledgeable in HVAC, septic, water systems, etc.. He's honest, patient, and doesn't push you on any one sale, he wants you to find the house that is right for you. With our recent sale he listened to our input, gave his, agreed on a sales price and the house sold in 1 day for OVER asking. Everything moves along smoothly with Michael and his team, he picks up every call, handles all correspondences between parties, waits for inspections, show you as many houses or the same house as many times as you'd like to see it. To sum it up he defines customer service and is a true real estate professional, I wouldn't use anyone else in any real estate transaction!
