As buyers and sellers of many previous homes we have either lived in, bought as investment properties or flipped, we have dealt with many different realtors over many years. We were more or less social acquaintances with Michael and his family from our children's school and had known that he was a realtor but also have many friends and relatives who are also in the industry and usually don't like to mix business with our financial matters. Prior to becoming involved with Michael as our realtor on this property, we had worked with another realtor who we feel did not represent us in the way we would have liked and, unfortunately, the house was outbid by someone else. When we found out that the house was back on the market, we knew we needed to look elsewhere. From the moment we started speaking with Michael with regard to the property, it went full force and if my memory serves me, I think between the offer and ending of attorney review could have been within the week of us even first speaking to him about this home. Again, with all the realtors we have dealt with in the past, we have never had the pleasure of working with someone so professional, knowledgeable or meticulous about having every single I dotted and T crossed...along with always being so pleasant and friendly every time you are speaking to him!!! We've already been telling people if they need a realtor, he's the man to go to and if we are ever in the market again, without question we would call on Michael. Our property was a foreclosure that in the end had quite a few difficulties but with Michael taking care of us, we never had to worry about a thing. He was on top of whatever issue arose every step of the way until we finally were able to reach closing day!!!

Michael was there with us every step of the process. He was always well informed and provided my wife and me with wonderful guidance and support.
