Michael was awesome to work with. He kept me informed even when the first buyer backed out. He apologized to me but no apology was needed because it was no fault of his. He promptly got it back on the market and had a couple offers in a few days. I would certainly recommend him to friends and family. I recommended him to my sister and he also sold her house. Not disappointed at all with my experience.
