After the sale, he continued continued to "bird dog" the escrow and saved us thousands of dollars. We have already referred friends to him.

Seller reviewMike was the BEST! The sale of this home wasn't without trials (solar loan, trust attorney, out of state executors, probate, etc.). He was exceptionally patient and courteous to us at all times. He even brought documents to my workplace when I couldn't get to his office. I will not use another agent after working with Mike Stevens.

Buyer reviewFrom the very beginning, Mike went out of his way to be informative and kind when I needed an answer (again) to a question I had previously asked. He always assured me that no question or comment was unimportant. I know that the sale of the house was not as important to Mike as it being a good "fit" for us. Also, he worked with all of the inspectors to make sure everything was in good order. We have been in our house close to a year and there were no surprises...just pleasure. Thanks, Mike.
