During our first conversations, Michael listened to our needs and began putting together a plan. We discussed the campaign with Michael and what we needed to do while he was doing his part. He gave us a timeline to an estimated date for the close of escrow at our second meeting. We approved the plan and, with his help, completed our tasks on schedule and Michael did the same for his part. He took us through that plan, step by step from helping us decide what needed to be done to help sell the house, all the way to that final day when he told us we were closing a few days early. He made this happen by encouraging us and keeping us calm through those final weeks of the paperwork and questions that drives everyone crazy. The open house was fantastic. Media and online marketing was excellent. He walked the neighborhood twice prior to the open house and handed out flyers.
