A retired Major from the United States Marine Corps. Mike earned his B.A. in Law Enforcement from Glassboro State College. Serving in the military for 20 years. Mike was responsible for strategic planning, budgeting, and daily operations for over 2000 Marines. After retiring in 1998, Mike excelled as Area Sales Manager for CompUSA. Sales Training Manager for Pergrine Systems and Director of Sales for United Education Institute. Mike became a full time REALTOR in May of 2005 and is now dedicated to helping his clients in achieving their real estate goals.

Buyer reviewMike was great in every way. This was my first house I bought- and it went smooth. I had another realtor who was terrible. Mike did not pressure and walked us through the whole process with our interest in mind. He knew values of houses and did not put us in a place that wasn't worth the money. He knew what to look for in an offer and negotiated flawlessly. He got us great terms and was no bullshit. He was honest and I trusted him, which is more than what I could say about my prior realtor. He is a great guy and a great realtor. Mike has all the qualities you would want in a realtor. So glad that we found him, polar opposite of our prior realtor who was a train wreck- so I know what a bad realtor is- and Mike is a terrific realtor. It was night and day difference switching to Mike from our other realtor. I can't say enough good things about Mike- especially if using NFCU with their Realty Plus Program which gives you cash back. I will be recommending Mike to anyone I know. Overall couldn't have gone better. I was stressed going through this process but Mike made it easy. So easy to talk to. Answered all questions and concerns. Really put us at ease. Thanks Mike!

Seller reviewFelt he took time to listen, understand my needs and explain the steps in selling property. Very simple and matter of fact in dealing with him and his associates. His guidance and advice was very honest and applaud the fact that he not only did his best by me but also made sure he also had the buyers best interest. Very rare quality. When Mike spoke it was always with integrity and made sure that you were comfortable not rushed in the decision making.

Buyer reviewI started working with Mike while I was still on the East Coast. He was able to take our discussions and identify properties I would be interested in so that we hit the ground running. I spent my first four days in North County looking at places with Mike and we found the perfect place. After entering escrow Mike stayed on top of everything and everyone involved in the process to make sure we were able to close as soon as possible.
