As a first time home buyer and a veteran I'm really glad that I was able to work with Mike Wynn through this process. Mike has years of real-estate experience and was very knowledgable. I also felt a since of relief knowing that I would be working with another veteran through this process. He really got behind me, putting me in contact with the perfect combination of lender's, broker's, and inspectors. He was always available to answer my questions, even at late night hours when I really needed someone to explain what all of the documents I was signing meant. He went out on a limb to contact the HOA management for the property I was interested in, and ask some tough questions regarding their terms and agreements.
