As first time home buyers we had very little knowledge on what was going to be happening and when. Michaelanne walked us through every step and explained things amazingly when we weren't understanding something. When we hit a bump in the road, Michaelanne expertly calmed my anxiety by doing all she could to get things back on track. Whenever we had questions or concerns she was prompt with responding and if she didn't have the answer we needed she was persistent to find someone who could answer the question or address the concern. When we weren't sure of some choices we needed to make, Michaelanne gave us suggestions that would best fit our needs. Michaelanne's patience, understanding, and knowledge not only make her a wonderful person but also make her an amazing and professional broker!
