Buyer reviewMichele Coviello searched perfusely for a building lot for me and came across this parcel. She researched it on the MLS, public land use, and spoke to the listing agent and personally reviewed all information provided. Michele assisted me with the the purchase after I spoke to my engineers and NCC and I felt comfortable to move forward. It was an easy transaction working with Michele and the listing agent. I will be building a SFH on this lot and Michele will work with me throughout the build phases and support me administratively; and she will also assist with the selection of interior components with flooring, kitchen and bath options, lighting ect. This home will be listed by Michele and Century 21 Gold Key Realty. If you are looking for a well rounded realtor - please consider Michele she is very experienced, knowledgeable and will do an outstanding job for you as well.
